I was booked to have a flexible cystoscopy at Eastbourne DGH. Rebecca was the nurse who did the procedure. She introduced herself and explained what was going to happen. At every stage she explained what was showing on the screen. She obviously has extensive knowledge and this was evident. Rebecca was an example of the NHS at its best. Thank you.

I was asked to attend a meeting for the results of my scan and Rebecca was very caring and most professional and explained everything so well. She listened very carefully to my queries and I knew she answered from a wealth of knowledge, she was so kind and understanding and gave me a feeling of confidence and I felt reassured that I was getting great care. Thank you, I could not of wished for better.

I had a follow up cystoscopy with this specialist clinician who was gentle and a lot less painful than the last one I had from another specialist. Very thorough, she knew exactly what she was doing. Very knowledgeable and yes, I had total faith in her actions and diagnosis. Highly recommended
